Dr. Tiffany Drach DVM  has resided in Kent Ohio since graduating from The Ohio State University of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. After her first five years practicing at Banks and Beutel Veterinary Hospital in Kent, Dr. Drach took a position at Boston Heights Veterinary Hospital where she expanded her surgical and medical skills. She has worked closely with Roses Rescue for the last fourteen years and looks forward to continuing to provide care for their animals in need. Dr. Drach is excited to own her own practice in Rootstown where she has built a state of the art facility, practices high quality medicine, and provides compassionate care to the community.

Dr. Drach leads a busy home life with her husband Bryan, twin boys Jacob and Cameron, daughter Katlin, and youngest son Tristan. She truly enjoys being the soccer mom and spending time outdoors with her family. As a family, they have rescued several pets over the years including their current dog Bruno and their two cats Odie and Sophie. Dr. Drach recognizes the importance pets play in a family and the need to help find homes for pets in need of that family.

Dr. Emily deCárdenas DVM is a 2014 graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She is a Kent native who has returned to the area to practice veterinary medicine.  She spent time after graduation working in shelter medicine as well as high quality high volume spay/neuter.


Dr. deCárdenas loves providing high quality, compassionate care for the animals of the community.

Dr. deCárdenas lives with her husband Dailey. She has 3 dogs Olive, Rhubarb and Ginger. As well as 2 cats Pepé, and Basement Cat. In her free time she enjoys baking, cooking and spending time outdoors.

After earning an Associate degree in business, Donna decided to combine her education and love for animals and has been working in the veterinary field since 1999, currently as the practice manager of RVH. 

Donna resides in Tallmadge with her husband Brian, her dogs Biscuit, Jace, Peanut and her cat Hazey Mae.  In her spare time, Donna enjoys hunting, camping, and spending time with her family in West Virginia.

Corinne has been a Veterinarian Technician for over 25yrs.  She started in this field while living in Florida.  She now resides in Stow with her husband Brian, daughter Alyssa, and son Anthony.


Corinne has two dogs named Jersey and Zeke, and one cat named Cowboy which were all rescues. She has had a lifelong interest in caring for animals and working with this wonderful staff at RVH which allows her to accomplish that.

Shianne is a Registered Veterinary Technician that graduated from Stautzenberger College with her associates of applied science in March 2017.


She currently lives on her farm in Shalersville with her boxer Sahara and two cats, Theo and Axle. In her free time, she likes to barrel race and pole bend with her quarter horse Adohi, and recently welcomed her new quarter horse Dee this year. She also likes to spend time with her friends, family, and boyfriend. 

Mason Graduated from Northcoast's Veterinary Assisting program in 2013 and has since worked in the veterinary field.


She grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada and currently lives in Marlboro with her husband and two daughters. She has a German Shepherd, 2 cats, and a hobby farm that includes goats, chickens, and ducks. She enjoys working in the yard and is an avid Cleveland sports fan. 

Cass is from Aurora, OH and currently resides in Newton Falls. Cass has worked in animal care for 9 years.


She lives with her husband and their fur babies. She currently has 4 dogs, 5 cats, and is known to rescue stray kittens. In her free time, she enjoys swimming and camping at Nelsons Ledges and playing Nintendo.

Brooklin is a Veterinary assistant at RVH. She went to Maplewood Career Center for Animal Science. Brooklin also was a student at North Coast Medical Training Academy for veterinary assistants.


She loves to spend her free time doing arts and crafts. Brooklin has one fur baby named Poe, which is a manx mixed siamese.

Miranda is an assistant at RVH.  She graduated from Kent State University in May of 2019 with a Bachelors of Zoology.


She is a future veterinary student, hoping to attend Ohio State University. Miranda lives in Ravenna with her husband James and two cats Minnie and Sassy. In her free time she loves to travel, make jewelry and spend time with family and friends.

Sarah is the groomer at RVH. She started grooming at Petsmart 15+ years ago in high school. She wanted to be a groomer because she had a chow mix named Bear that made her fall in love with dogs. Her passion of working with dogs and bathing them turned into grooming them. Seeing how happy their owners were really made a difference for her. 


She is 9 years happily married to her husband John, and they have a daughter named Julijana who is 4. They have a Boston terrier named Presley and she is 8 years old. She is the best of friends with their daughter. 


In her free time she likes hanging out with her daughter, dog, friends & family. She loves the outdoors especially in the summertime. Her family enjoys taking trips, hanging out in their hot tub, and having bonfires.
